TNVR (Trap–Neuter–Vaccinate–Return) is a hands-on, community-based effort to humanely manage outdoor cat populations. As a TNVR volunteer, you play a direct role in improving the lives of community cats while helping reduce future litters to stop the overpopulation cycle.
This work can be incredibly rewarding, but it also requires patience, flexibility, and compassion. Volunteers may assist with trapping, transportation, basic care, and monitoring colonies. Some tasks involve early mornings, late evenings, and working outdoors in varying conditions.
No prior experience is required—training and support are provided. What matters most is a willingness to learn, reliability and a respect for both the cats and the communities we serve.
